Northern Health Science Alliance team members Suzanne Ali-Hassan and Hannah Davies have changed their job descriptions to better reflect their roles within the organisation.
Suzanne Ali-Hassan, formerly Business Development Manager has become Head of Corporate Engagement. Suzanne has developed strong UK and international stakeholder relationships over the last two years, brokered a wide range of industry partnerships and ensured a stronger Northern presence at international conferences and events. In her new role, Suzanne will aim to capitalise on this and work more strategically with the private sector.
Hannah Davies, formerly Communications Manager, has become Head of External Affairs. Hannah has created a significant impact since joining NHSA two years ago raising the profile of the organisation on a national and international level. Her new title recognises in addition to leading strategic internal and external communications for the NHSA her increased role in representing the organisation to policy makers, MPs and an international audience.
Dr Hakim Yadi, CEO of the NHSA, said: “Suzanne and Hannah have made a huge impact since joining the NHSA and play a pivotal role in its continued success. They have shaped their roles beyond their original remit through their own hard work and so it makes sense to recognise this in their new positions.”
