Watch our video of this year’s AgeTech Innovation Exchange with Canada
We have created a video to celebrate the achievements of our AgeTech innovation exchange
21st December 2023
As we reflect on our positive achievements during 2023, we are proud of the UK-Canada AgeTech Innovation Exchange, which was led by the NHSA’s Dr Mandy Dixon and Mhairi Murdoch, and emerged from our longstanding relationship with Canadian organisations through the NHSA’s Healthy Ageing programme.
The AgeTech Exchange was a unique partnership with UKRI’s Healthy Ageing Challenge, DBT (Department for Business and Trade), the four northern Health Innovation Networks in the UK (Health Innovation Manchester, Health Innovation North East and North Cumbria, Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber, Health Innovation North West Coast) and with AGE-WELL NCE Inc and CABHI (Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation) in Canada.
With many thanks to all the organisations and individuals that provided support to make the programme such a success and congratulations again to the winning companies. Our brief video shows an overview of the programme and the positive outputs already emerging. If you are interesting in developing something similar with the NHSA, please reach out to Dr Mandy Dixon.
