International Network
The International Network has 18 current participants from 10 different Member Organisations.
Our International Network is our primary mechanism for promoting international visibility of the excellence in the NHSA.
Rather than one network we have steering and governance groups for each project and offer participation to all members as opportunities arise.
We have two flagship programmes, both focussed on attracting SMEs to the North:
- The International Health Tech Piloting Programme with the Israeli Innovation Authority
- UK Canada Age Tech Innovation Exchange
We have also represented the NHSA members in a variety of initiatives with regions around the world including; Ireland, Japan, India, South Korea, Germany, China and Norway.
The International programme going forward will aim to mobilize the networks the NHSA has developed over the research England era to promote northern life sciences globally and find partnering opportunities.
